  • Construction Law:  Owners and Developers—Our hard hat lawyers are here to deliver construction-related legal services for owners and developers. We work to help our clients in risk avoidance, risk mitigation, and risk resolution.
  • Immigration—Navigating the rules and regulations surrounding visas and immigration compliance can be complicated.  We assist construction companies in all aspects of their immigration needs, including resolving issues with undocumented workers, ICE and DOL investigations, and training in immigration compliance.
  • Labor and Employment—Our Labor and Employment Team is here to provide clients proactive labor and employment counseling and training to prepare for all employment relationships. This training includes a focus on labor relations, workers’ compensation, OSHA, and HR counseling.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions—We are skilled in planning, structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing transactions. Our lawyers coordinate both with our construction clients’ advisors and other attorneys throughout our firm to assist our clients in closing transactions.
  • Finance—Our hard hat lawyers work with our clients to assist in project finance.
